Pandemics and the march of totalitarianism (part 1 of 2)
The pandemics are pushed by the bankers. This report examines what their ultimate objectives are, and what we can do to defeat them.
Today’s report was intended to come out with video, but for some reason video uploading was glitching. I’ll try to upload it with part 2.
Pandemics are still a thing and they’re not going away soon. This month has seen a renewed escalation of pandemic narratives, first with the frightening outbreak of Hantavirus and then even more frightening outbreak of Ebola virus – again. The Hantavirus story seems to have dissipated, but I believe the story is not over; it could be making a comeback in mid-June. Bear with me, I’ll explain why.
In this two-part report we’ll go over a few aspects of these periodic infectious disease scares, who is pushing them and why, what their ultimate objectives are, and what we can do to defeat them. The Hantavirus story began only three weeks ago, but the sequence of events has accelerated to the point that it seems like it was months ago, and by now it’s already receding into the fog. This may be by design, to keep us disoriented, distracted and scared. Maybe we’re meant to forget the details of the story, so I’ll quickly summarize the most important parts here.
Around May 3, the media broke the story about a new potential pandemic. It was the Andes hantavirus, allegedly the only strain of hantavirus that can spread from human to human. The infection incubates for up to six weeks and supposedly has a fatality rate of up to 50%. World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus jumped at the opportunity to make the WHO great again.
The hantavirus outbreak
The outbreak was registered aboard the cruise ship MV Hondius, which set sail from Ushuaia, Argentina on the 1st of April this year, traversing the Atlantic Ocean north-eastward with some 149 passengers and crew on board. The ship reached Cabo Verde islands on May 3rd, which is where the outbreak was established. At that point, the toll was 3 dead and 8 infected passengers.
Now, given that this outbreak took place on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, presumably, it could have been easily quarantined there until the contagion ran its course, but no. MV Hondius sailed on to Canary Islands where for some strange reason, the passengers were taken off the ship, and taken to the Tenerife Airport. From there, they were flown to their home countries – over a dozen destinations including Spain, France, UK, US, Canada, Netherlands, Ireland, and Turkey.
17 or 18 American passengers were flown to Omaha to the National Quarantine Unit at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Some 20 British passengers were flown to Manchester, then taken to Arrowe Park Hospital in Wirral for initial isolation. Spanish passengers were flown to Madrid, then to a military hospital for mandatory quarantine. French passengers went to Paris to be taken to strict isolation. In all, MV Hondius passengers were taken to more than a dozen different destinations while some 30 crew and passengers stayed aboard the ship to sail to Rotterdam.
If this contagion was truly so dangerous that it could turn into a global pandemic, would it not have been safer to keep all the passengers and crew on the ship, provide them all the necessary supplies and medical support on board, and make their confinement on the ship as pleasant and enjoyable as possible during the quarantine period. If you wanted to avoid a potentially catastrophic global pandemic, would that not have been the least risky, most logical thing to do? Of course, it would have been, but for some mysterious reason, the “authorities” led by the World Health Organization decided in favor of “controlled disembarkation.” WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus directly addressed the reasonable, logical calls for extended ship quarantine. He said that,
“Some of the passengers were facing mental breakdown. Our view was that would have been inhumane, and unnecessary. ... I called it even cruel to suggest that.”
That was the same Tedros Adhanom Gheberyesus who, back in 2020 and 2021 wasn’t even slightly concerned about the inhumanity of locking down hundreds of millions of people around the world for months on end. He had no issues with the cruelty of forcing hundreds of thousands of elderly people into isolation where many of them died alone as their families were not allowed to visit them. Tedros wasn’t worried about locking tens of millions of children out of schools and playgrounds, or forcing millions of entrepreneurs to shut down their businesses, let go of their employees and lose their livelihoods.
Millions of people experienced mental breakdowns under Tedros’ Covid 19 regime. He never apologized for any of it, nor expressed any remorse for the harm WHO’s dictate caused. But today, all of a sudden, that same Tedros is all overcome with scruple and consideration for the inconvenience of a few dozen people stuck on a comfortable cruise ship. Those people actually paid to travel on that comfortable ship and no complaints were lodged about anybody having mental breakdowns apart from one single damsel in distress, Jake Rosmarin.
Rosmarin was the passenger who recorded an emotional video conveying the fear and anxiety HE was supposedly experiencing on the cruise ship. The mainstream media immediately amplified and sensationalized his report, treating it as genuine and fully credible. By contrast, the social media quickly identified Rosmarin as an accomplished pandemic crisis actor who played a similar role during the Covid 19 pandemic and who was clearly reading a script when he recorded his video. A typical comment on social media read, “I really wanted to feel bad for the guy, its an awful situation, but the constant looking to the right to find the script makes it really hard.”
What, no reports?
Not only was Rosmarin’s video suspect, so was an almost complete absence of reports from other passengers or crew. That has to be one of the most bizarre aspects of the entire fateful voyage: out of 149 passengers and crew only three posted any updates from the voyage at all, and only two posted updates after the outbreak was announced. Besides Jake Rosmarin, the only other passenger who posted updates was the travel content creator Kasem Ibn Hattuta (or Qasem Elhato).
But contrary to Rosmarin, he described the situation on the ship at Cabo Verde as calm after the evacuations of the sick, with passengers in “high spirits,” smiling, taking walks, and feeling reassured by extra doctors. So much about those mental breakdowns aboard the ship.
Anyway, given the gravity of the situation and the sudden worldwide notoriety of the voyage, one would think that many people aboard, with nearly 24 hours a day to kill, would have been busy livestreaming or posting updates on Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, YouTube, Substack or X, and that journalists from everywhere around the world would be reaching out to them to ask questions about every small detail about their life aboard the ship. According to Kasem Ibm Hattuta, the passengers had WiFi access and were free to post updates. Doing so and keeping a lively interaction with journalists, bloggers, YouTubers or tik-tokers in their own countries and around the world would have been the perfect cure for boredom and isolation.
A 19th century narrative
Considering the circumstances, the irresistible human impulse would have been, at a very minimum, to reach out and communicate; to mark oneself safe; to share news and let one’s family and friends know that, ‘hey, we’re fine’; ‘hey, pray for us’; ‘the weather is nice’, ‘we miss you’… But nothing like that made it into the public sphere, as if everybody uniformly chose to keep to themselves, confined to their cabins, empty lounges and quiet decks.
The whole narrative about the plight of this cruise ship was as though it was crafted in the 19th century – a nearly complete, inexplicable radio silence. Even Jake Rosmarin’s updates after his damsel in distress call on 4 May, became minimal and telegraphic, matching almost word for word the updates issued by the ship’s operator, Oceanwide Expeditions, as though they compared notes to make sure that everybody stayed on the message.
The preparations
Another oddity about this cruise was its improbable likeness with another ill-fated voyage. It was the fictitious, simulated voyage of a ship in the so-called, Polaris II exercise, the world’s biggest pandemic preparedness simulation. Polaris II was conducted in April 2026, just as the real MV Hondius was already traversing the Atlantic.
The simulation scenario involved a crew of researchers embarking on an expedition to the arctic and getting infected by a pathogen that emerged from the permafrost. In this scenario, the WHO jumped into action to reclaim its own relevance. They declared that mitigating the pandemic made global cooperation with the WHO essential, not optional.
In addition to the prescient pandemic outbreak simulations, we learned that in the summer of 2024, Moderna partnered with Korea University’s Vaccine Innovation Center to develop an mRNA-based hantavirus vaccine.
They were not the only ones: big pharma and the U.S. Department of Defense have been working on 13 different hantavirus vaccines. Apparently, the U.S. Army already tested at least one of them. Luckily, the DNA vaccine, developed at Fort Detrick army lab targeted the exact strain that afflicted our cruise ship. So far, the tests have showed very encouraging results: apparently, only 98% of the test subjects experienced adverse reactions.
The last eerie coincidence that I’ll mention here is that five years ago, in May 2021, Bill Gates’ GAVI Vaccine Alliance published an article on their website titled, “The Next Pandemic: Hantavirus?” How did they know? Well, maybe they didn’t – maybe hantavirus was just one of the candidate pathogens for a future pandemic.
Monkey business
Indeed, our public health minders have already thrown a few pathogens against the wall to see which one might stick. You may remember that, already on 23 July 2022, the World Health Organization declared Monkeypox outbreak as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern —WHO’s highest level of alert under the international health regulations. In spite of that, nothing much happened with the Monkeypox and the emergency was simply forgotten.
Then, in June 2023, Disease X Act of 2023 was introduced to US Congress to prepare “medical countermeasures for viral threats with pandemic potential.” Six months later, the World Economic Forum in Davos discussed the outbreak of Disease X, which was going to become a thing at some point in the future. Our experts in Davos could not specify the pathogen behind the Disease X, but for some reason they thought that it would be much more deadly than Covid 19. Obviously, therefore, we – they – had to prepare.
Thankfully, the diligent scientists at Britain’s microbiological defense research center Porton Down were already developing a new vaccine against the unknown pathogen. To help convey the seriousness of the coming unknown disease to the complacent public, the media started disseminating bizarre reports that China was preparing mobile crematoria to deal with all the expected casualties. But in spite of all those monumental efforts by U.S. Congressional representatives, WEF attendees, British scientists and the media, Disease X failed to get any significant traction and the story withered and died.
Then, a few months later the WHO tried their luck with Monkeypox once more and on 14 August 2024 they declared yet another public health emergency of international concern. Again however, nothing much happened and for the rest of 2024, the frightful pathogens lay low for a little while. Perhaps they were demoralized for not getting the attention they deserved, or they’ve simply been distracted with the U.S. Presidential elections, fearful that Donald Trump might win and withdraw the United States from the WHO, which is what ended up happening. The pathogens would take nearly a year to recover from that blow and regroup.
The 2025/26 escalation
After a whole year without pandemic scares, in September of 2025 the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen announced that things were about to change, maybe. During her state of the European Union speech to the EU parliament, she said that, “We are on the brink, if not even at the start of another global health crisis.”
That could have been rather spectacular news, but von der Leyen just left it at that. There was no follow up to warn people, to explain what kind of a crisis we were facing, or what the citizens of the EU should do to prepare. There were no further updates on the new global health crisis either. In mentioning the supposed next crisis, Von der Leyen only raised the suspicion that she was echoing the mindset among the ruling circles that some sort of a new health emergency was in the works.
Harder lockdowns the next time?
And indeed, the next relevant development took place in the UK two months later. In November 2025 the Right and Honourable Baroness Heather Hallett published her inquiry on the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The very surprising aspect of the 1,531-page document she produced was that her investigation made no attempt to determine who should spend the rest of their lives in prison for the 2020 lockdowns. Instead, her main concern was why the whole project failed, and how it should be handled more effectively the next time. Here’s an excerpt from her conclusions:
“Had stringent restrictions short of a mandatory lockdown been introduced earlier than March 16th 2020 – when the number of COVID-19 cases was lower – the mandatory lockdown might have been shorter or, conceivably, avoided entirely. … This would have enabled the governments to assess whether stringent restrictions short of a lockdown would suffice to prevent health services across the UK being overwhelmed and whether they were therefore a feasible policy option.”
The right and honourable baroness also quoted Mark Woolhouse, a Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at the University of Edinburgh, who told the inquiry that “more proportionate and sustainable interventions” such as contact tracing, self-isolation, face coverings and respiratory hygiene, should have been introduced “as early as March 4th 2020.”
An inquiry or a plan?
In all, Baroness Hallett thought that the government should have been quicker, less hesitant and more rigorous about implementing restrictions, while completely overlooking the fact that neither social distancing nor face masks had any scientific validation as effective pandemic countermeasures. She still faulted the government for implementing measures that were “too little, too late,” due to a “toxic and chaotic culture.” The baroness concluded that, had they acted more decisively, 23,000 lives could have been saved. Knowing how deeply our governments care about saving lives, we should expect them to jump at the opportunity to protect us much harder the next time.
The timing and nature of Baroness Hallett’s investigation was a strong signal that the ruling establishment was making plans for the next pandemic, which prompted me to try and sound a warning about this in an article I published last November titled, “Are new & improved lockdowns coming?”
As it happened, six days after I published that article, Reuters announced that the Bird flu virus could become a pandemic, worse than COVID 19. Other media ran with the story for a few days, but again, it didn’t catch on and the bird flu scare flopped like the monkey pox and the disease x.
What was becoming clear, however, was that whoever was behind all these pandemic scares wouldn’t stop trying to orchestrate further pandemic scares and new, possibly permanent lockdowns. The question is, who is doing it? And why? I’ll address this question in part 2 of this article along with the reasons why I think the hantavirus story could be making a comeback in June. I hope I’ll be able to upload the video report also.

THE REAL TRANSMISSION VECTOR IS FEAR 😱📡🌍
"Disease" has replaced the war machine as the world's primary money spinner, the elites need continuing large-scale health crises to keep their racketeering schemes going. Pandemics are mammoth business opportunities for the Pharma Cartel and the financiers that control the details and direction of policy. Covid is the quintessential example of how the medical cartel orchestrates their criminal conspiracies. Trillions funneled into the decaying financial systems of the collapsing Western economies through a manufactured "crisis" in the health management system, which is currently the world's largest money spinner.
Global racketeering run through the medical mafia.
The so-called power elites need to produce and perpetuate multiple large-scale health crises (along with the constantly rolling small-scale medical "scares" and schemes) to keep the medical-industrial complex going. The Vaccine™ is the golden egg in this entire scheme, specifically circa 2026 the mRNA Vaccine™.
This new Vaccine Model™ is ever-ready for any and all "emergencies" that the World Health Organization invents. All of this is subsidized via public-private partnerships underwritten by the likes of the World Economic Forum, the Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, the International Monetary Fund, Bloomberg, BlackRock, and their money-spinning associates who invest in and control the WHO, which is the agency tasked with preparing the field for insider business and the machine that creates the fear - it's called insider trading.
No need for elaborate "conspiracy theories" (actual conspiracies on a grand scale happen every minute of every day) just well deployed weaponized piles of money.
