In Part 1 of this report we looked at the peculiarities of the Andes hantavirus “outbreak,” in context of recent signals from Western governments that more plandemics were in the works. In this part, I managed to upload the video (but only by uploading it first to YT, then downloading it back before uploading to Substack - fun!). The discussion will focus on who is orchestrating these plandemics, what their agenda is, and how we can defeat it. The report is a bit longish, but important-ish: we may be approaching the moment of maximum danger - the fork in the road between humanity’s emancipation and enslavement.
Who is pushing the plandemics?
I tried to answer that key question is an article I wrote in August of 2020. Its title was, “Covid 19: the banking cartel is driving the agenda.” It may seem strange that bankers of all people would be weighing in on matters of public health and infectious diseases, but they did, and today I am even more certain than I was in 2020, that the bankers are the ultimate instigators of pandemic fearmongering.
In 2020, Covid 19 was a colossal train wreck and the measures implemented by the public health authorities around the world seemed calculated to inflict harm. The official narrative was utterly incoherent, and as the situation deteriorated, the authorities turned increasingly tyrannical. The media were relentlessly inciting fear and for a few months, it was all Covid all the time, with nonstop case count announcements and calls for compliance with ever sillier “measures” that were unscientific and ineffective.
For example, more than four months into the “pandemic,” 71 nations issued nearly identical mandates for people to wear masks in public spaces, even though there was strictly no scientific evidence that this served any purpose. In my article I asked: “Has everyone worldwide gone insane? If it is not science and logic that’s informing the public health measures, then what is it? And then it hit me…
IMF to Lukashenko: “do like in Italy!”
A few weeks earlier I noted that Belarus’ president Alexander Lukashenko publicly snubbed a $940 million line of credit from the International Monetary Fund. Lukashenko rejected the loan because the IMF conditioned it on Belarus imposing a strict Covid 19 lockdown policy and a curfew. At the time I thought it was very strange that the IMF would offer a large loan to a nation while setting conditions that would wreck that nation’s economy and severely impair her ability to repay it.
Apparently, a number of other nations received similar offers from the IMF or the World Bank. We know about the Covid 19 conditionalities only because the president of Belarus disclosed them publicly. Significantly, Lukashenko mentioned on several occasions that the IMF negotiators wanted Belarus to do “like in Italy.” By April 2020, 85 nations requested financial assistance from the IMF.
Most, if not all of them accepted the money and agreed to the conditionalities, only they forgot to tell us about them. Deeply in debt and with severely damaged economies, most governments worldwide needed loans, making them prey to the dictates of money power. To secure the needed funds they may have agreed to shutting down their economies, restricting their population’s freedom of movement, closing down schools and creating stasi-like contact-tracing schemes.
As strict as possible and done aggressively
Further evidence that the agenda was being driven by the bankers was an August 2020 Op-Ed in the New York Times by Neel Kashkari, the president of Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank. Kashkari called for the government to issue a strict 4 to 6 week shelter-in-place order “for everyone but the truly essential workers.” He advocated that the lockdowns should be as comprehensive and strict as possible and done aggressively, using “the testing and tracing capacity we’ve built…”
The 2019 Repocalypse
It may not be a coincidence that the COVID 19 pandemic came on the back of a gathering collapse in the banking sector. The Federal Reserve was forced to step into the REPO markets as the lender of last resort in September 2019 to bail out the banking system. This was the first such intervention since the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. When central banks step into the repo markets, that’s a sure sign that the system was on the verge of collapse.
For a more detailed treatment of the 2019 Repo crisis, what Repos are, and how closely the Covid 19 pandemic followed the metastasizing financial crisis, please check my January 2025 report, “The fall of Britain (part 2).”
In 2021 the Fed set up a Standing Repo Facility which was on standby since the pandemic with nearly zero transactions until September of last year when it saw a sharp rise in activity. The Bank of England has been active in British repo markets since the summer of 2024 and the ECB has followed suit. Last November, the ECB issued a stark warning that Euro zone banks must prepare for unprecedented shocks causing severe disruptions with far-reaching consequences for the financial system – their words, not mine.
What do bankers need pandemics for?
If that is so, you might ask, what would the bankers need pandemics for? Well, there’s a lot you can do behind the smokescreen of emergencies that you couldn’t do in normal conditions, especially if those emergencies suspend the ordinary functioning of society. For example, you could lock people down and impose curfews to keep the risk of disruptive social uprisings under control.
You could also grant yourself massive bailout funds under the pretense of saving the economy and you can impose central bank digital currencies and other forms of draconian controls on the population under the guise of fighting the pandemic and keeping everyone safe. Some of those systems of control have already been developed.
In 2023, the WHO, in Partnership with the European Commission launched the Global Digital Health Certification Network based on EU’s Digital Certification System, the COVID-era vaccine passports scheme. It represents the infrastructure for a permanent, digital ID and health passport system to track and restrict individuals’ movements, access to services, travel, employment, or public spaces based on compliance.
Its purpose is to transition us toward a technocratic tyranny under a one-world government, a permission-based society enabling a centralized global governance, linking individuals’ health data with digital IDs, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and social credit scoring, where all our basic rights and activities would be subject to permissions and arbitrary restrictions. Creating this kind of infrastructure is a large, long-term investment, reflecting the ruling establishment’s ambition to create an Orwellian, totalitarian system of governance.
Lock step
The bankers’ fingerprints on such plans can be found in a number of documents produced by the World Economic Forum under their Great Reset agenda. An early version of this plan was articulated in a document titled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development,” published by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010.
On page 18, titled “Lock Step,” the document described their vision of the future as “A world of top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.” The way they planned to usher this New Normal was a “pandemic the world had been anticipating for years…” Sure enough, we did get that “pandemic,” in 2020 along with the world of top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership.
Totalitarianism and pandemics: hand in glove
It is very important to appreciate that the coincidence of pandemics and authoritarian rule has an extensive historical track record. An important study, published in the Public Library of Science (PLOS) journal in 2013, examined 90 cultural populations for which empirical data were available for two key variables: (a) authoritarian governance and (b) historical prevalence of infectious disease.
The article’s title was, “Pathogens and Politics: Further Evidence That Parasite Prevalece Predicts Authoritarianism“The researchers found that the correlation between infectious diseases and authoritarian governance was as high as 73%. For social sciences, this is an astonishingly high and extremely rarely encountered correlation – it is higher than the correlation between IQ and test scores.
What it says bears repeating: authoritarian rule tends to go hand in hand with outbreaks of infectious diseases. It follows that if someone wanted to introduce a totalitarian rule over the whole world, a global pandemic would be the perfect means to facilitate that agenda.
The greatest enemy is fear
It stands to reason that the fear of an invisible enemy - which could be anywhere at any time – could induce people to give up their freedoms, to voluntarily obey the authority and comply with measures that they would otherwise reject. Authoritarian governments understand this and fully intend to foment and exploit our fears against ourselves.
In a 2020 paper, British government’s behavioral science advisors openly discussed the inducing fear as the most important requirement to change people’s behaviors. They advised that, “The perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased among those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging.”
They were serious too. For example, in a recent warmongering piece for the Financial Times, their columnist Janan Ganesh spelled out the need to prepare us for war. He wrote that, “The question is whether the public agrees. .. Chronic discomfort isn’t enough. An element of real fear has to come in...” This is also why the media were fomenting fear and psychosis during the 2020 pandemic as aggressively as they did: our fear was their most powerful weapon. We must therefore ask: is the fear of pathogens justified?
Hantavirus might be back
But before answering that question, I wanted to digress briefly to address the reasons why I believe that the Hantavirus story is not yet over. As of today, the passengers that were disembarked from MV Hondius are still held in quarantines in smaller groups in different countries. The incubation period for the Andes Hantavirus is about six weeks, so the news cycle about the Hantavirus could pick up again in June. Recall, the fatality rate for Hantavirus could be up to 50%, which is very high and good for another round of scaremongering.
I have to add that I’m particularly suspicious about the WHO’s decision to disembark the passengers from the cruise ship. Mr. Tedros justified the decision with the claim that some passengers were experiencing mental breakdowns on the ship, even though the only report remotely suggesting that anyone was experiencing mental issues was the unconvincing video posted by Jake Rosmarin.
Well, that begs the question: was the whole purpose of his scripted video to provide the justification for the dumb decision to disembark the passengers? Whatever the case may be, the passengers have been broken up into smaller groups and taken to facilities where they are now captive under full control of public health authorities and largely forgotten. We know close to nothing about the conditions of their isolation.
Jake Rosmarin posted an update praising the comfortable quarters that he was assigned, but one passenger, Angela Perryman and one other American have voiced concerns about feeling “blindsided” and stressed by the restrictions despite having no symptoms. The reports that leaked out describe daily monitoring, room isolation, and yes, some mental and emotional strain, although not the kind that would cause the WHO or Mr. Tedros any heartache.
Either way, my concern is that in their present isolation, it should be much easier to “do stuff to these individuals” than it would have been if they were still on the cruise ship. Apart from just a handful of them, we do not know their identities. Journalists couldn’t easily trace their family members to inquire about their news.
The way this whole story has been set up should make it relatively safe and easy for the authorities and the media to start announcing new fatalities at some point in June. I may be overly suspicious and certainly hope that I’m wrong in that, but we’ll find out soon enough. If they start reporting new fatalities from Hantavirus, it will pour more fuel on the fear-stoking fires.
But, should we fear pathogens?
That brings us back to the question: should we fear pathogens beyond ordinary, rational caution? The answer is a clear, categorical NO. Our fear of pathogens is largely an artefact of our culture, stemming from debatable historical narratives and Hollywood- tales about fearsome disease outbreaks. As a result, many people today believe that if they come into contact with a pathogen they WILL get sick and develop the full symptoms of the disease. That belief, however, is unjustified.
Consider what we know about pathogens that cause illnesses like polio or malaria:
Polio: Poliovirus is extremely infectious. According to the research by Anne Carrington Gawne, one of the world’s foremost authorities on polivirus, 95% to 99% of polio infections produce no symptoms of any kind. Where illness does appear, its symptoms are flu-like with no permanent consequences. Only in a small percentage of illnesses does the virus manage to penetrate into the patient’s nervous system producing muscle paralysis. In children, the paralysis occurs in only 1 in 1,000 cases.
Malaria: Malaria affects well over 200 million people each year. According to the latest WHO World Malaria Report, published last December, in 2024 there were an estimated 282 million malaria cases recorded around the world, resulting in 610,000 deaths. This implies a mortality rate of about 0.2%. In other words, for every 1,000 infections, two persons are expected to die of malaria.
In her research on malaria, University of Melbourne’s Karen Day wrote: “… human populations in malaria-endemic areas are constantly being infected with the parasite.” But the parasite kills only 2 out of 1,000 infected people.
So then, what sets the 2 apart from the other 998? Germs are everywhere around us at all times. Our bodies are hosts to tens of trillions of bacteria; in fact, we have more bacteria in and on our bodies than we have our own native cells. We also carry hundreds of trillions of viruses, but in spite of that, most of us are in good health most of the time. The very reason we can enjoy good health with all the critters that live around us and inside us is that we have a natural immune system which is far more robust and powerful than most of us appreciate.
Natural immunity: far more robust than assumed
In his 1995 book “The Origins of Order,” Stuart Kauffman elaborated on the nature of our immune systems in great detail. He described it as a massively combinatorial, autocatalytic network that solves the problem of protecting an organism against an essentially unbounded universe of possible pathogens with a large repertoire of antibodies and lymphocytes. With roughly 100 million antibodies present in our systems, they can cover virtually any possible antigen because of the combinatorial explosion of possible binding patterns.
Unlike classical Darwinian view that imagined antibodies being “instructed” by antigens, Kauffman points to more recent scientific discoveries which showed that our immune system generates its huge diversity of possible responses in advance, by gene segment recombination and somatic hypermutation. Here’s a quote from his book:
“The immune system protects us by pre-computing, in advance and at random, roughly 100 million different antibody molecules, each able to bind a small cloud of similar molecular shapes. Because the possible space of shapes is so vast and high-dimensional, this modest number of random antibodies collectively covers virtually all possible antigens.
The system is then tuned by deletion and energy so that it does not react to self. In short, the immune system achieves completeness not by matching the world one-for-one, but by a clever combinatorial trick plus selection against self-reactivity.”
The implications of this are extremely important: to begin with, it suggests that our immune systems can mount a defense against any pathogen at all, which further suggests that any claim that “people lack antibodies” against this or that pathogen is almost certainly false, a lie calculated to induce fear and sell us an injectable form of protection. The reality is that even injectable solutions can only work because our own bodies mount an immune response which learns how to defend against the pathogens. In other words, the protection comes from our own bodies, not from the injected substance.
Debunking the pathogen lie in native holocaust
But there is another important implication of Kaufmann’s hypothesis. This one will be a small detour form our core subject, but one worth sharing. Namely, Western scholars have advanced theories to explain the wholesale disappearance of native populations pretty much in all parts of the world colonized by Western imperial powers. According to those narratives, the natives didn’t vanish because their colonizers sought to kill or enslave them.
They vanished because the Westerners inadvertently, with no ill intent, brought pathogens against which the native populations had no immunity. Amazingly, however, the native populations never carried any pathogens against which the Westerners had any no immunity. So the holocaust only worked in one direction - lucky for the colonizers!
We have nothing to fear but fear itself!
Returning to our present predicament with pathogens and totalitarian threat, we should question the authorities’ convenient narratives about novel strains of pathogens and immunodefficiencies. Facing the deliberate fearmongering, we should reject the “intense and cohering fear” that is being drummed up. As Franklin Roosevelt said, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.” So, rather than reaching for masks, rubber-gloves, toxic hand sanitizers and big pharma injectables, we should seek to cultivate calm and take steps to keep our immune systems strong and healthy.
Particularly with regards to those injectables that are being aggressively pushed by our public health authorities, we need to take a more discerning view. We’ve all been educated to accept as truth the idea that these are uniformly safe and effective. In fact, this has become another cultural “fact” of advanced societies and we’re encouraged to never question or doubt it. But the 2020 pandemic brought vaccines into focus and an increasing proportion of people are now inclined to question their effectiveness and safety.
Strictly inject nothing!
Over the last four years I have participated in bi-weekly zoom meetings of a group of medical professionals focused on rigorous scientific review of many issues pertaining to public health, including the “safe and effectives.” Among the lecturers, we had dozens of high-caliber experts like Carrie Madej, Pierre Kory, Sucharit Bhakdi, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Wolfgang Wodarg, Peter McCullough, and many, many others.
I thought I had heard as much information as I could digest about the subject matter, until about two years ago we had a presentation by the British data scientist Craig Paardekooper which was among the most important of all these lectures. Paardekooper, who created the website How Bad is My Batch, analyzed data from the US VAERS database which contains extensive records of adverse reactions to vaccines.
Among other things, he focused on the reports’ “recovery” status. Namely, for people who report an adverse reaction, they can also report whether they have recovered or not by entering either a YES (I have recovered from the adverse reaction) or a NO (I have not recovered). Paardekooper counted all these yeses and nos for every year from 1991 to 2022 for all ages from birth to 85 years old. His full data analysis of the VAERS database can be found at the following link: https://howbad.info/recov5.pdf
The most important chart in the world
The charts Paardekooper put together tell an astonishing story. The one below shows the recovery rates (YESes) for all ages for years 1994, 2011, 2021 and 2022:
What it shows is that over the last 30 years, fewer and fewer people have recovered from adverse reactions to vaccines. Paardekooper then constructed a boxplot chart showing the recovery rates for all ages from 1991 to 2022, which could be the most important chart in the world:
The trend could not be clearer: for over three decades, fewer and fewer people are recovering from vaccine adverse effects. One would think that with time, vaccine manufacturers would produce increasingly better, safer and more effective products. But the data suggests that the reality is exactly the opposite: with time vaccines have been getting less and less safe.
Why is this? Evidently, vaccine manufacturers are immune at law and risk no liability lawsuits if they distribute flawed products. We also know that producing shoddy products is a lot cheaper than producing quality ones. There are still more sinister explanations for this trend, but that’s another discussion. Whatever the explanation, the fact is that we seem to be under attack and that the ultimate agenda is to usher in a totalitarian rule under a global one world government.
Laser-focus on the puppeteers
In each nation we seem to be opposed by some government bureaucracy. But while those bureaucracies and the officials who work there draw public resentment, it is critical that we recognize the puppeteers behind the agenda that’s playing out.
There can be little doubt that the enemy is the international banking cartel headquartered in the City of London and on Wall Street, together with their agencies like the Bank of International Settlements, the IMF, World Bank, the global systemically important banks and institutions like the World Economic Forum, big pharma corporations, World Health Organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI Vaccine Alliance and numerous others.
As Lord Acton warned some 150 years ago, “the issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks.” This fight is now upon us. It might be the ultimate struggle between humanity’s emancipation or our final enslavement. To prevail, we must understand our true enemies and the financial, economic, political and social structures enabling their agenda.
In short, we must not be distracted by myriad marginal issues and false dichotomies like left vs. right, liberals vs. conservatives and so forth. The ultimate culprits, the super-predator threatening humanity are the high-level bankers: a handful of families and individuals who control and manage the present monetary system. We’ve no choice but to oppose and defeat them.
The first thing we must do is to reject the fear they’re trying to induce among us. Today we are armed with truth and information that past generations could not have dreamt of. Today, we can make the difference and gift our children and their children a world of prosperity and liberty beyond anything what we can even imagine at present. That struggle is worth our every effort, as well as the courage that it requires.
