I did something similar, but with Council Tax (in the UK). I asked my council to "prove" my obligation to pay. How do you (councils) create a debt from an obligation. The council sighted the appropriate legislation, but in it, if fails to describe how a debt is created from an obligation. Legislation is NOT law, until exercised/proven in a court of law. Needless to say, the council could not provide the evidence... And after two years, where I demonstrated I had the funds to pay (they were withheld), the court (Judge Richmond in Manchester) determined I should be bankrupted. At that point, I paid. So, the judicial/legal system is corrupt in the UK...period.

As much as I like the idea outlined in this article, show me a case where this approach has been upheld. Good luck.

There are cases, apparently. I've heard a handful, anecdotally - not upheld in court, but simply where the council gives up and stops trying to force payment.

Hi Alex, I've been working with the NOC.NOC challenge (in the UK) and Marc Horn who is an extraordinary guy. It was ultimately his advice that concluded our challenge. Having said that, he has been making progress (specifically with the Magistrate Courts around the legality/process of the Liabiliy Order), etc.

BTW, see you on the other side once we have a Gold Standard...🙏. One can smell it coming.

Best wishes, Mark

Good one Saša. Please keep it coming.

I wish I could join you and the GGG brutal commentator (love him) in Edmonton. Hopefully next time, too much work right now on my hands (too many hole to drill in WTX).

Have a good one and one day I promise we will meet somewhere in Communistan aka Canada or good ole USA and I’ll share stories with you about Croatians football players coming to my town and playing tournaments. Good ole time, brother.

These tax things never work. There was a guy that proved mandatory taxes doesn't apply to wages but to profits.

A wage is an equal exchange of labor to capital.

Anyway, he still got thrown in jail because the judge just said the Constitution couldn't be admitted as evidence.

It's all bullshit, this legal system, but I'm hopeful because we're seeing how the courts play games....

Well, they will try to make an example of one guy. But they may have a problem if it's a million guys, and the advice here is not to refuse to pay taxes but to seek an assurance that in paying it one isn't breaking the law...

If WE withhold our tax funds, they'll just print more anyways, no? But then this would likely accelerate or trigger the Endgame so let's give it a go!

Thank you for posting Alex. Really feel frustrated about what we can do to hold our government to account, this could certainly be one way.

I can see the beauty of this concept. But, I don't like that the law invoked is from the UN. Part of the problem we are dealing with is globalists and transnational organizations (WEF and its ilk). My hope, for what it is, is in nation states, those that obey their own laws. It seems in Putin's approach to war in Ukraine, he is at pains to demonstrate compliance with Russia's laws.

Great article! If I was living in UK, I would certainly do it.

Nevertheless, I will send it around to friends living in UK.

On a side note, could please point me to a reliable source regarding the numbers you mention in the "Why are we ALWAYS at war?" section.

I expect some people may question those numbers, especially those in this sentence:

"Since 2001 British Governments have used £750bn of taxpayers’ money on military activity waging illegal wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria, which resulted in over 4 million casualties and which drove as many as 20 million people into destitution and exile"

"I find you all three guilty of enriching yourselves!" haha No, it's the MIC and their shareholders (eg Mitch & Nancy!) who enrich themselves. Even if we cut off the tax won't the CB's just print the money?

Food for thought. Booked for Thai Conference next month, would be good to have chat. Best regards

Great article, Alex, Thank you!

The only question I would have is for a person , an employee of a company, whose taxes are withheld automatically from every pay check?

Presumably, the tax withholding forms can be adjusted to a minimize withholding to 0, but then, it would only be applied to a FED, and perhaps a State taxes (depending on the state law), and not to the Social Security, which is nothing but thievery - money we probably will never get back!

Thank you! Unfortunately I don't have the answer to your question and for sure there are many variables to the issue; however, even partial friction introduced to the system can hugely gum up the works for them, and if it is LEGAL, at the very minimum it will slow down the war machine and force an open debate.

As much as I admire your undying optimism, I fear that creating thousands of Baader-Meinhof-like cells would have a better chance than hoping people would dare to face the Moloch after denying it its money. Clogging up the system by sending numerous letters to tax authorities, lodging large-scale complaints, and initiating class-action suits in each country, state and county feels like a more immediate, more impactful action. But then, I must admit, I have not pondered those actions too deeply, so I might be wrong.

On an unrelated note, I took the liberty of sending you an email about a similarly urgent topic.

Hilarious to think the government may caught by its own law to prevent funding terrorists as this move applies to themselves as terrorists.

Joan Baez spoke about this idea in the 60’s and it was pursued by some to no avail.

Never give up !

Thanks Alex - I got a large tax bill today and its overdue now and they sent the usual threats that extortionists often do but your essay gave me a momentary bit of peace as I dreamed of being in Court and expalining to the Judge that not only is the money created out of thin air by our Private Central Bank and loaned to the Government with interest and thus they do not need my tax money but the taxes they do collect go to supporting aparteid and terrorism in Palestine and Ukraine and Africa and therefore I cannot support this and in fact - its illegal! Then I woke up and realized they would lock me up and take the rest of my assets and not lose a minutes sleep. Mass non-violent protests only work if most of us in the Western World are on the same page so please continue your work waking up the people and helping them regain thier critical thinking skills - its truly God's work.

I saw this on Crypto Rich quite a while ago. As much as I love the idea, and believe it to be legal, we are living in a post-legal western world where the Blob has given up any semblance of legitemacy. The veil is off, they know it, and all that is left is tyranny.

The Soviet Unions' breakup showed the world that revolution can be peaceful. I hope the West can do the same, but am not hopeful. The Soviets didnt import 10's of millions of foreign men into their borders, but Rome DID.

I hope our coming revolution can be as peaceful as possible. But some level of violence is probably baked in.
